Kia ora potential AGMARDT applicant,

Thank you for your interest. Due to a large number of applications received and approved this financial year, AGMARDT has reached its 2022-2023 grants budget following our February 2023 funding round. Consequently, our grants are now closed and applications will reopen at the start of our next financial year (July 2023).

In the meantime, please refer to our website including our FAQs for further information about our grants.

Lastly, if you’re seeking alternative sources of funding, we can recommend the following:

  1. Sustainable Food and Fibre Futures Fund (MPI)
  2. Callaghan Innovation Funding
  3. Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE)

If you classify as an agri-tech business, please check out the Agritech Support Explorer tool which can help you identify relevant sources of funding

Best wishes from the AGMARDT team.
